Diagnosis

Antennal scrobes join just below frontal suture; mesoscutum with anterior 2/3 with raised and weak reticulation, posterior 1/3 with engraved reticulation; scutellum flat, with engraved and weak reticulation; mesoscutum and scutellum metallic bluish-green; propodeal callus with five setae; femora metallic bluish-green; tibiae yellowish-brown; male scape strongly swollen.

Argentina, Paraguay.

From eggs of Mantispa decorata Er. (Neuroptera: Mantispidae); Megachile sp. (Hymenoptera: Megachilidae).
